KLARO, spol. s r.o. is a manufacturer of medical, handling and cleaning carts. Our priority is the quality of our products, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and environmental protection. In order to meet these requirements, we have implemented a quality management system fulfilling the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001 standard and an environmental management system fulfilling the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 14001 standard. The following policies have been promulgated by the company management:

 

QUALITY-ASSUREMENT POLICY

The company management accepts responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality system and is committed to continuously improving the quality management system and adhering to the following principles:

 

In relation to customers 
- To build long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
- To fulfil orders within the agreed timeframe and to the required quality.
- If it is within our capabilities, to meet the customer's requirements in the form of an atypical product if necessary.

 

In relation to the company 
- Actively promote the introduction of new technologies that will be beneficial to the streamlining and improvement of our work.
- To support the development of employee skills to achieve a high level of quality work.

 

In relation to the quality management system

- Prefer the prevention of errors rather than their subsequent elimination.

- To achieve product quality through quality production, not by sorting out non-conforming products.
- Each employee must be able to perform his/her assigned task and be accountable for the quality of his/her work.
- Each employee must be able to distinguish quality work from poor quality work.

         
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Conscious of our responsibility to preserve the environment for our children and future generations, we strive to minimize the environmental impact of all our activities. For these reasons, we are committed to:

- Protecting the environment and preventing pollution.
- Implementing and improving our environmental protection system in accordance with EN ISO 14001.
- Setting environmental targets within the framework of this system.
- Complying with applicable laws and other legislative requirements.
